Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in person and by phone with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process transactions, balance cash drawer, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow security procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
• Assist with account openings and maintenance under supervision.
