Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Officer to support branch operations and provide exemplary member service. You will handle inquiries by phone and in person, assist with cash handling, account maintenance, and learn lending and collections with supervision.

You will begin training on Notary services, CXone, and financial products while growing knowledge of customer service best practices in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a basic ability to interact with members and understand branch procedures.
• Demonstrates effective communication with team and members.
• Develops foundational knowledge of lending, collections, and account maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person with courteous service.
• Perform routine branch duties including cash box management and basic account origination/maintenance.
• Gain exposure to Notary Public services and CXone for member assistance.
• Assist with wire transfers, currency exchange, and document organization.
• Follow policies, protect member information, and adhere to security procedures.
