Job summary

Calero is seeking a Junior MDM Analyst to deliver managed services under SLA using Calero software solutions. The role involves data inventory management, client communication, and supporting invoices and reporting.

You will collaborate with our global team on software updates and testing, while continuously improving processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field and experience analyzing data sets, with strong Excel skills and a customer-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an analytical field (preferred).
• Experience analyzing data sets.
• Experience using Excel in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Process requests from customers in a way that will delight them.
• Maintain market data inventory using Calero’s MDM software.
• Reconcile and process vendor invoices for payment; investigate and resolve cost discrepancies.
• Prepare, verify and distribute reports.
• Support development and maintenance of bespoke client functionality.
• Coordinate software updates within our global team, including internal testing.
• Assist Customer in User Acceptance Testing.
• Contribute to regular service review meetings with customers and staff.
• Monitor and report on SLA metrics on a regular basis.
• Review and audit processes to ensure performance and compliance with requirements.
• Promote managed service activities and new features to benefit customers.
