Job summary

Calibrate is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our data team and support analytics for running the business and client insights. This is an early-career role offering hands-on experience with healthcare and operational data.

You will build dashboards, run SQL queries, and partner with clinical, coaching, operations, engineering, product, and finance teams to drive data‑driven decisions in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a data analyst role, internship, academic research, or similar analytical experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries to extract and analyze data.
• Experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support regular and ad hoc analyses to help answer key business and operational questions.
• Assist in tracking KPIs that we use to run the business, and help maintain and improve recurring reports for operating and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring teams have access to timely and reliable data for decision-making.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to help identify trends, answer questions, and surface insights.
• Assist in monitoring data quality and flagging inconsistencies, anomalies, or potential issues.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team and senior analysts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and usability.
• Document queries, reports, and data definitions to support transparency and reproducibility.
