Job summary

Calibrate is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to help analyze operational and business data, build dashboards, and deliver timely insights for internal teams and clients. You’ll partner with clinical, coaching, engineering, product, operations, and finance to answer questions and enable data-driven decisions.

0–2 years in data analytics, solid SQL skills, and experience with Excel/Sheets are preferred. This remote-friendly role offers growth in healthcare data and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a data analyst role, internship, or similar analytical experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries to extract and analyze data
• Experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Support regular and ad hoc analyses to help answer key business and operational questions
• Assist in tracking KPIs that we use to run the business, and help maintain and improve recurring reports for operating and performance metrics
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring teams have access to timely and reliable data for decision‑making
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (including clinical, coaching, operations, member care, engineering and product) to help identify trends, answer questions, and surface insights
• Assist in monitoring data quality and flagging inconsistencies, anomalies, or potential issues
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team and senior analysts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and usability
• Document queries, reports, and data definitions to support transparency and reproducibility
