Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Owner in SaaS/B2B environments.
• Experience with data modeling, contracts, pricing, usage.
• Ability to read/interpret REST API documentation and configure automation flows (n8n/Make/Zapier/Workato).
• Proven agile delivery with Scrum/Kanban/SAFe.
• Bonus: FinOps, ITAM, or ERP integrations (NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product backlog aligned with business priorities.
• Translate customer requirements into stories and acceptance criteria.
• Deliver features in small, high-impact increments.
• Define and validate financial data models for allocations and pricing.
• Lead customer workshops and pilots to capture early feedback.
