Job summary

Calumet Specialty Products Partners L.P. is seeking a Master Data Manager to govern, plan, and execute activities surrounding Material, Vendor, and Customer Master Data. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience with SAP Data Management.

The successful candidate will analyze Master Data, recommend process improvements, and manage assigned staff. Key competencies include strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Purpose:

The Master Data Manager is responsible for the governance, planning, and execution activities surrounding the Material, Vendor, and Customer Master Data. This position recommends, develops, and/or implements process improvements and data management strategies.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Manage the analysis, design, and documentation of the integration of SAP Master Data into new business processes.
• Oversee the identification and definition of business and/or product requirements, which includes managing the transition of requirements and use cases to the developers.
• Manage the identification, development, and implementation of test scenarios, test scripts, and user acceptance training.
• Analyze Master Data and recommend, develop, and/or implement process improvements and Master Data Management strategies.
• Partner with change management team to develop and evaluate training communications, curricula, and materials, and train end users.
• Manage assigned staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
• Minimum 7 years of related experience with SAP Data Analyst
• Experience with SAP S/4 MDG

Preferred Education/Experiences:

• Management experience preferred
