Job summary

Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is seeking a Content Analyst in the US. You will monitor missing invoices and work with vendors to ensure all invoices are addressed in preparation for go-live. You will also resolve issues related to media type and media delivery.

You will handle client communications during onboarding, set up client communications, and help build the customer's inventory of Mobile, Voice, and Data circuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience preferred.
• Experience in expense management, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, mobility is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Load invoices per client requirements.
• Move invoice feeds from test to production using the invoice acquisition tool.
• Manage and triage client and vendor communications during onboarding.
• Set up client communications.
• Help build the customer's Mobile inventory and Inventory of Voice and Data circuits.
