Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) in Omaha seeks an entry-level engineer to support safety, quality, and M/E estimating on large industrial projects. You will learn to review designs, develop scopes of work, and assist with bid analysis and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 0–2 years construction experience and/or internship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learns and participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Completes entry level mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Assists in developing mechanical/electrical scopes of work for bid coordination.
• Supports bid analysis and subcontractor selection input.
• Learns to perform job inspections ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Assists with shop drawing/submittal and commissioning processes.
