Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and maintain shipment, carrier, and customer data.
• Prepare, organize, and manage bills of lading, rate confirmations, invoices, and compliance records.
• Assist operations and account teams with administrative tasks related to freight movement and service execution.
• Monitor data accuracy across multiple platforms and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate basic reports and summaries to support operational tracking and performance analysis.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure documentation and data align with operational requirements.
• Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
