Job summary

Desert Diamond Casino Tucson is seeking a Cook/Prep Cook to support the Food & Beverage team. Under the Room Chef and Back of House intern, this role prepares and cooks a variety of foods, stocks stations, and ensures a clean, safe kitchen aligned with health regulations.

Responsibilities include following standardized recipes, maintaining par levels, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely service. Requires HS diploma, 18+, and ability to pass employment screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 18 years of age or older; ability to pass pre-employment checks.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safety, and food handling practices.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow basic English instructions.
• Ability to obtain Food Handler's card and maintain standards.

Responsibilities
