Chick-fil-A Westside is seeking a Junior Operational leader to join our multi-unit organization. You will empower teams, build winning culture, and uphold Chick-fil-A hospitality standards.

In this role you will train a 100+ member team, support upper management to drive profitability, and ensure food safety. Sundays off and comprehensive training are provided in a supportive, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Open availability to cover varied shifts.
• Leadership experience (1 year preferred).
• Hospitality experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Passion for people.

Role Expectations:

• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts
• Bringing a positive attitude to each day and contributing to the overall culture of our restaurant
• Training a team of 100+
• Assisting upper management in increasing profitability by ensuring training is executed with an emphasis on promotion of sales and team member productivity
• Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety
• Work with a sense of urgency
• Must be coachable and ready to learn Chick-fil-A standards of hospitality
• Handle unhappy customers and take initiative to solve problems
