Job summary

Chick-fil-A West Acres in Fargo, ND seeks a capable leader to oversee daily operations, coach a 10- to 20-person team, and uphold high standards of service. The role emphasizes ownership, initiative, and urgency to meet priorities.

You will engage with guests, vendors, and business partners, while learning Chick-fil-A systems and promoting operational excellence. Availability includes 25–45 hours weekly with open/close shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher; 2+ years of relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Reliable method of transportation is required.
• Ability to work 25-45 hours per week, including opening (5 AM) or closing (11 PM) shifts and Fridays/Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 10-20 people per shift.
• Engage with guests, vendors, and business partners to support daily operations.
• Learn and engage with Chick-fil-A business systems and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
