Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Solid knowledge of server and PC operating systems and Active Directory.
• Experience providing on-site and remote IT support.
• Ability to perform 3rd level support and after-hours coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support, diagnosing hardware and software issues.
• Monitor server operations, backups, antivirus and encryption compliance per standards.
• Deliver 3rd level technical support for escalated issues from service desk.
• Participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis.
