Job summary

Glanbia Enterprise Services Inc. is seeking a Jr. IT On-Site Support Engineer in Gooding, Idaho to implement, support and maintain IT systems. Responsibilities

• On-site and remote technical support by diagnosing hardware and software problems and replacing defective components.
• Maintains and monitors server operations, server backups, anti-virus compliance, encryption compliance, and network components according to standards and procedures; including incident and service request ticketing.
• Performs 3rd level technical support for issues escalated from service desk.
• After hours support on a rotational basis.
