Verità Telecommunications Corporation is seeking an IT Support Specialist / Junior Systems Administrator to join our Plymouth, MI team onsite. You will assist with user administration, AD management, Power BI reporting, and workstation deployment, while supporting enterprise systems and infrastructure.

You will work under the IT Director to gain hands-on experience in systems administration, virtualization, backups, and network support, with opportunities for career growth in a growing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across company systems.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and print services.
• Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 devices and servers.
• Manage workstation imaging and software deployments.
• Provide first-level and escalated technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Assist with virtualization and backups using Veeam and VMware.
• Maintain IT documentation and SOPs; monitor security and updates.
• Collaborate with teams on IT projects and process improvements.
