Job summary

Glanbia is seeking a Jr. IT Systems Admin in St. Johns, Michigan to support and maintain desktop PCs, servers, and network equipment within the Information Technology department.

The role reports to the IT Operations Team Lead US East and requires hands-on troubleshooting. Responsibilities include on-site and remote support, server monitoring, backups, security and access controls, and providing 3rd level assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• IT administration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support by diagnosing hardware and software problems.
• Maintain and monitor server operations, server backups, antivirus compliance, encryption compliance, and network components.
• Performs 3rd level technical support for issues escalated from service desk.
• After hours support on a rotational basis.
