Job summary

Concurrency is seeking an Associate Technical Support Specialist to join our Internal IT Team. You will provide tier 1-3 support across the organization, assist in onboarding, device setup, and documentation, and collaborate with leadership to streamline IT processes.

The ideal candidate has a degree in IT, experience with Azure cloud services (AD, VMs, Resource Groups), and relevant certifications. Strong communication, customer focus, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with cloud-based environments in Azure.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Technical certifications such as A+ or Microsoft Certifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1-2 support for end-users.
• Assist in creating user accounts and setting up equipment.
• Document incidents and internal processes.
• On-call support for onsite IT issues.
• Support corporate IT projects.
• Configure and ship laptops for new hires.
