Job summary

CSafe is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver frontline technical support for US-based staff and oversee Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange Online duties. You will handle desk-side and remote incidents, configure devices, and ensure timely resolution within standard US business hours.

The role requires strong customer service and solid troubleshooting across Windows and Microsoft 365 apps. You will work in a small IT team, contributing to knowledge base updates and process documentation while

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a help desk, desk-side, or IT support role
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, or similar preferred
Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Tikit) preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for end user IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or in person
Provide desk-side support for US-based employees
Provide remote technical support to end users in other regions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Manage user accounts and access in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Perform basic Exchange Online administration tasks
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Onboard/offboard users including account provisioning and license assignment
Reset passwords, MFA enrollment, and assist with account lockouts
Set up and configure end user devices, software installation, and basic imaging
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or MSP
Document common issues and resolutions in knowledge base
Maintain professional customer-service approach with end users
Work closely with a small IT team and handle incidents day-to-day
