Job summary

Skilcraft LLC in Kentucky seeks an IT Associate to provide frontline technical support and assist in administering technology systems. Qualifications

Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
Experience with user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding).
Familiarity with software licensing and asset management.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
