You will source and screen candidates, coach resumes, and support the interview process, while collaborating with sales to align hiring needs and timelines. The role rewards performance with base salary and uncapped commissions, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive interview process (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best fit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle a variety of daily activities and new challenges.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support to candidates.
• Aim to meet weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with management.
