In this fast-paced role, you’ll collaborate with the sales team, coach candidates through interviews, and drive weekly metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle a variety of activities daily and adapt to new challenges.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support to consultants throughout projects.
• Consistently hit weekly metrics of calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with your manager and recruiter support.
• All other duties as assigned by the Company.
