Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to identify client hiring needs and develop talent strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding interviews and offers.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coach on resumes, interviews, and job offers to improve candidate success.
• Deliver onboarding support and post-placement follow-up.
• Meet weekly metrics for calls, interviews and placements.
• Set and track personal and team goals with manager support.
