Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to identify client hiring needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates through interviews and offers.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
• Provide coaching on resumes, interviews, and offers for candidate success.
• Deliver onboarding support and post-placement follow-up.
• Meet weekly metrics: calls, interviews, and placements.
