Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship IT staffing brand, is seeking a recruiter to build talent networks and place consultants with Fortune 500 clients. You will source, screen, and match candidates, coach on resumes and interviews, and collaborate with sales to understand hiring needs.

You will manage a fast-paced workflow, hit weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements, and support onboarding and post-placement success. Bachelor’s degree required.

• Support onboarding and post-placement success for consultants.
