Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, operations, governance, portfolio management, service delivery, or related field.
• IT service management certification (e.g., ITIL) preferred. Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Applies IT governance practices to support planning, reporting, compliance, and execution across activities.
• Coordinates governance routines, project support, and cross-team dependencies to align priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Communicates requirements, status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly with teams to support timely decisions.
• Analyzes moderately complex operational issues to identify root causes and practical next steps.
• Monitors metrics, reporting outputs, and governance checkpoints to improve delivery reliability.
• Improves templates, documentation, workflows, and processes to reduce rework and increase transparency.
