You will handle desktop/server/network support, perform 3rd level troubleshooting, and assist with security and telephony systems while coordinating with the IT team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a hands-on approach to diagnose hardware and software issues, with after-hours support on a rotation basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3rd level/advanced IT support experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.Individual should be self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support by diagnosing hardware and software problems and replacing defective components.
• Maintain and monitor server operations, backups, anti-virus and encryption compliance; handle incidents and service requests.
• Provide 3rd level technical support for issues escalated from the service desk.
• After hours support on a rotational basis.
