The position requires traveling to multiple sites (typically two to three per month), supporting on-site hardware and software, and maintaining security and ITIL-aligned processes. Experience with Active Directory and Windows endpoints is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in Help Desk or IT Support roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Level 1 support performance standards.
• Ability to independently handle and resolve standard support tickets.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Active Directory and endpoint management to support standard builds.
• Use basic scripting to improve processes and efficiency.
• Manage Windows endpoints and oversee standard software builds.
