Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Norwood, MA seeks a Junior IT Networking Professional to support day-to-day technology operations. You will set up computers, manage basic network configurations, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues on a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include assisting with network infrastructure, providing first-level Windows/Microsoft support, updating IT documentation, and offering in-person, phone, or remote assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers for new and existing users.
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity and application-related issues.
• Provide first-level support for Windows-based systems and Microsoft applications.
• Maintain and update IT documentation as needed.
• Assist in the maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.
• Install and update software, apply patches, and perform routine system maintenance.
• Support users via in-person, phone, or remote assistance.
