Job summary

Compunetix is seeking a PC Helpdesk & Support professional to provide first response for Windows PCs, diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues on-site in Monroeville, PA.

You will perform network troubleshooting, install PC hardware and software, and handle additional tasks as required. A BS or Associate degree in a technical field and 1–3 years IT Helpdesk experience are preferred; Windows OS experience is essential, Linux a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline or Associates degree with experience.
• 1-3 years’ experience as IT Helpdesk – PC Support preferred.
• Experience with Windows OS, Linux a plus.
• Understanding of networking required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PC technical support and troubleshooting of Windows PC's.
• Perform network troubleshooting.
• Install PC hardware/software.
• Additional tasks as required.
