Job summary

Century-Furniture is seeking a Field & Junior Network Support Technician to deliver hands-on IT support across manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows workstations, printers, and Microsoft 365 apps while providing Tier II/III support for end users.

You will also support network devices such as switches, wireless access points, routers, and firewalls, troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs, and participate in IT infrastructure

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 3–5 years IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, M365.
• Strong TCP/IP networking and printer support.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II and III on-site IT support for desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and manage Windows workstations and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Travel between company locations to deploy and support IT infrastructure.
