Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Norwood, MA is seeking a Junior IT Networking Professional to support daily technology operations. You will set up computers, manage basic network configurations, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

The role requires at least 2 years in IT support or networking, familiarity with Windows and Office 365, and basic networking concepts. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification a plus.
• Minimum 2+ years IT support or networking experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office 365.
• Familiar with basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and connectivity.
• Good communication and organizational skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers for users.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and application issues.
• Provide first-level support for Windows systems and Microsoft apps.
• Maintain IT documentation and policies as needed.
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure (routers, switches, APs).
• Install software, apply patches, and perform routine maintenance.
• Support users in person, by phone, or remotely.
