Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Norwood, MA is seeking a motivated Junior IT Networking Professional to join our team. You will set up computers, manage basic network configurations, and support Windows-based systems and Microsoft applications.

You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, maintain IT documentation, and assist in network maintenance including routers and switches. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in IT support or networking.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office 365.
• Familiarity with IP, DNS, DHCP and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain desktops/laptops for users.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and application issues.
• Provide first-level support for Windows systems and MS apps.
• Maintain IT documentation and procedures.
• Assist with network maintenance including routers and switches.
• Support users on-site or remotely.
