Qualifications

• Six or more years of general (full-time) work experience; may be reduced with advanced education.
• Six or more months of IT experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification or higher by employment start date (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE).
• Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to provide technical resolutions.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support for break/fix issues.
• Provide escalation and status updates to MDA customers.
• Provide technical support for enterprise projects affecting Service Desk workflows.
• Resolve daily battle rhythm tasks.
• Track all work using the Remedy ticketing system.
• Utilize the mature knowledge database to assist customers.

This role directly supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract, where your technical support keeps mission-critical operations running smoothly for one of the nation’s most important defense programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collect and analyze data to provide technical resolutions
