Job summary

LaunchTech, LLC is seeking a senior IT Integration Manager to lead high-priority IT and mission-support initiatives for the Missile Defense Agency, based at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. This role requires an active DoW Secret clearance and the ability to coordinate government customers, program leadership, and technical teams across high-visibility efforts.

You will develop integrated project plans, manage schedules and risks, and deliver decision-ready briefings for senior leaders.

Qualifications

10+ years of full-time work experience.
7+ years in IT, systems integration, program/project management.
6+ months in a management or leadership role.
Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects in a complex environment.
Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct supervision.
Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, milestone plans, risk registers, and executive status reporting.
Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior leaders and government customers.
Strong understanding of IT environments, cybersecurity considerations, and software lifecycles.
Active DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead integration and execution of high-priority IT and mission-support initiatives for MDA.
Serve as primary contractor interface with Government stakeholders and technical teams.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk/decision materials.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to align requirements and execute on schedule.
Identify risks and issues; propose mitigation and elevate as needed.
Plan and document meetings, technical exchanges, and customer engagements.
Prepare concise briefings and executive summaries for leaders.
Translate complex technical information into decision-ready products.
Monitor performance against scope, milestones, and priorities.
Support resource allocations and collaborate with Service Delivery Managers.
Coordinate with program-control, finance, and contract personnel as needed.
Ensure work products comply with contract requirements and security policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
