Legal Services of the Hudson Valley (LSHV) seeks a Junior IT Generalist (Temp) to support IT operations across multiple offices, focusing on desktop support, asset management, and helpdesk services. The role requires hands-on experience across systems and hardware, with the ability to travel between offices as needed.

The position offers a competitive salary of $63,000 to $69,000 DOE, a comprehensive benefits package, and potential partial work-from-home after probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of IT helpdesk or systems administration experience.
• Broad IT knowledge across systems, hardware, and software.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Intune, and AD.
• Familiarity with VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, and firewall basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and endpoint support across multiple sites.
• Asset management and inventory tracking.
• On-site and remote end-user assistance.
• Assist with system upgrades and documentation.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and escalation when needed.
• Travel between LSHV offices as required.
