Job summary
Legal Services of the Hudson Valley is seeking a Junior IT Generalist (Temporary) in White Plains, NY, to support desktop and endpoint management, asset tracking, and IT infrastructure maintenance across offices.
The role requires broad IT knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to travel between sites. A Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field is preferred, with 2–3 years of IT helpdesk or admin experience and strong Windows/Azure/AD skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of IT helpdesk or systems administration experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Intune, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and VPN setup.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support, endpoint management, and asset tracking.
- Assist with on-site IT tasks and remote troubleshooting for staff.
- Support helpdesk ticketing and issue escalation as needed.
- Participate in IT projects like system upgrades and documentation.
