Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT helpdesk or systems administration.
• Broad IT knowledge across systems, hardware, and software.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Intune, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with desktop support, endpoint management, asset tracking, and helpdesk tasks.
• Provide on-site and remote support to staff across locations.
• Assist with onboarding and account provisioning.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and prioritize requests.
• Participate in IT projects and documentation.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and equipment lifecycle.
