Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Windows 10/11, desktop support, and common end-user issues.
  • Familiar with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • General networking fundamentals (Wi‑Fi, IP addresses, printers, basic connectivity).
  • Interested in networking, Linux, infrastructure, or systems administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, follow IT procedures.
  • Positive attitude with initiative on tasks and day-to-day IT support.

  • Interest in learning more about networking, Linux, infrastructure, or systems administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with end users and IT team members.
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, ask questions, and follow established IT procedures.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to take initiative on assigned tasks and contribute to day-to-day IT support activities.
  • Comfortable assisting with hands-on tasks such as equipment setup, workspace support, cable m anagement, and minor facilities-related support needs.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
