Five Star Solutions in the United States is seeking a motivated sales professional to engage past clients, understand capital needs, gather documents, and prepare qualified opportunities for Senior Sales Representatives to close. This fast-paced role offers high-volume outreach and a direct link to business owners.

The position is remote for residents of KS, MO and other listed states; typical hours are 8:00am–5:00pm CST, Mon–Fri, with $17 per hour plus a $1 differential for nights and weekends,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital.
• Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications.
• Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings.
• Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing.

Essential Functions

Starting pay - $17/hr plus shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds) + Incentives

Working hours - 8:00am-5:00pm (CST) ; Work Days - M-F

Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)

Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
