The New York City Department of Investigation (DOI), one of the oldest law enforcement agencies in the country, is dedicated to combating municipal corruption. It acts as an independent, nonpartisan watchdog for NYC government, City agencies, employees, vendors with City contracts, and recipients of City funds.
DOI is seeking a Junior Human Resources Generalist to support its HR team. This role involves assisting with personnel recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation tracking, benefits administration, and preparing confidential reports using NYC personnel databases such as CHRMS and PMS. Additional responsibilities include conducting exit interviews and coordinating HR-related events.
