Our client, a well-known fashion and entertainment digital media company based in NYC, is seeking a Junior Human Resources Generalist to join the team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door at a top company in the digital media sphere, with the potential to go perm!

The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office near the waterfront in Brooklyn.

Job Details
  1. Manage onboarding process for new hires
  2. Act as point person for HR inquiries
  3. Assist HR team with recruitment tasks such as interview coordination
  4. Write and post job advertisements on job board websites
  5. Provide general administrative and calendar support
  6. Manage confidential employee data in HRIS
  7. Pay Rate: $30-35 per hour, based on experience
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree required
  2. 2+ years' Human Resources Generalist experience
  3. Knowledge of labor laws, policies, and procedures
  4. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  5. Customer service-oriented, approachable, and level-headed
  6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
