Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a Junior HRSS Benefits & Time Off Analyst to help administer and maintain our employee benefits and paid time off programs using UKG Pro Core and UKG UTA. You will support system processes, audits, and reporting while ensuring accurate data and compliance.

You will collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, HR Partners, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve processes and the employee experience. A 2+ year track record in HR systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR systems or junior analyst experience.
• Experience with system testing, audits, integrations, reporting, or process documentation.
• Experience running prebuilt reports through HR, HCM, or BI tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of benefits and PTO in UKG Pro Core and UKG UTA.
• Maintain eligibility, enrollments, accruals, and time-off records.
• Perform audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR systems.
• Run and distribute recurring HR reports.
• Assist with testing benefits, time off, and UKG system updates.
