Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a Staff Relations Specialist (temporary) to partner with HR and operations, helping staff navigate accommodation processes and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. You will work with the Staff Relations Manager to coordinate case activities, develop resources, and implement tools that ensure consistent, compliant processes across restaurants.

Responsibilities include managing return-to-work programs, documenting workflows, and supporting AbsenceSoft

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, benefits, staff relations, leave administration, or related support.
• Experience with ADA, return-to-work accommodations, interactive process, or case-management workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across HR, operations and business functions.
• Experience creating procedures, process maps, workflows, templates, reports, and training materials.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel for tracking and data validation.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support return-to-work accommodations and related processes.
• Coordinate case activities and required communications across teams.
• Develop workflows, templates, communications and documentation.
• Assist AbsenceSoft implementation with mapping, training, and readiness activities.
• Provide project support for Staff Relations initiatives and budgets.
• Track timelines, action items and deliverables for initiatives.
