The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated in Calabasas, CA is hiring a Junior HRSS Benefits & Time Off Analyst to administer benefits and PTO programs using UKG Pro Core and UKG UTA. You will support system processes, audits, reporting, and data accuracy across HR systems.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR systems, strong Excel skills, and experience with UKG or similar HCM platforms. Join a collaborative team supporting multiple HR functions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• 2+ years of HR systems or junior analyst experience.
• Experience with system testing, audits, integrations, reporting, or process documentation.
• Experience running prebuilt reports through HR, HCM, or BI tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Support the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and paid time off programs within UKG Pro Core and UKG UTA.
• Maintain eligibility, enrollments, entitlement assignments, accruals and time off records.
• Process and validate benefits and time off transactions.
• Perform audits to maintain data accuracy and compliance across HR systems.
• Run and distribute recurring reports for HR and business operations.
• Participate in testing benefits, time off, and UKG system updates and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, HRBP, IT, and cross-functional partners to improve processes.
