Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative in the Montgomery area to train and manage the entire sales process from first interaction to close of escrow. You will engage customers, demonstrate models, and coordinate with lenders to move deals forward.

The role requires an Alabama Real Estate License, reliable transportation, and proficiency with MS Office and DRH Sales apps, with a focus on delivering professional customer service and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a valid Alabama Real Estate License.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive day or night.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes/home sites.
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale.
• Document the transaction.
• Track progress of loan, options and construction.
• Respond to customer requests for information.
• Document any cancellations.
• Maintenance of all lot files/sales files.
• Monitor models and sales office for disclosures and supplies.
• Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
