D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative in Alabama to train across the full sales cycle from initial greeting to closing escrow.

The successful candidate will qualify visitors, demonstrate homes, and document transactions while coordinating with loan specialists and construction teams. Alabama real estate license and a valid driver’s license are required, along with basic MS Office and DRH Sales app proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a valid Alabama Real Estate License.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes/home sites.
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale.
• Document the transaction.
• Track progress of loan, options and construction.
• Respond to customer requests for information.
• Document any cancellations.
• Maintenance of all lot files/sales files.
• Monitor models and sales office for disclosures, supplies, repairs.
• Conduct all business professionally to serve buyers and increase goodwill.
• Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
