Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to train across the full sales cycle, from first contact to close of escrow. The role involves guiding prospective buyers, presenting models, addressing objections, and documenting transactions with focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or related experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office and DRH Sales apps. Training provided on site in Florida.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes/home sites.
• Close for the sale and document the transaction.
• Track loan, options, and construction progress.
• Respond to customer requests for information.
• Maintain lot and sales files; ensure disclosures and supplies.
