Job summary

CompQsoft, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Junior Helpdesk Specialist to provide phone and in-person support for email, directories, Windows apps, and custom applications under this contract with the US Space Force.

You will act as the first point of contact for hardware/software PC and printer problems, assist staff, and escalate issues as needed. This is an onsite, full-time role with active Secret Clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors.
• Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
• Provides daily supervision and direction to staff who are responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications and applications developed or deployed under this contract.
• These personnel serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
