Job summary

Epic is recruiting for a compensation and stock programs role on our Madison, Wisconsin campus with relocation assistance. You will collaborate with leaders to manage employee compensation and stock programs, oversee international programs, and deliver creative solutions to meet Epic’s evolving needs.

The role requires coordinating compensation and stock processing, supporting staff worldwide, and analyzing country-specific considerations.

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
